The kids Multi-Media Art program is designed to open up opportunities for youth to engage in various artistic practices over the course of the year. This program will run from September 28-April 4 with a total of 24 classes allowing students to work through ideas, and develop projects that would be difficult to achieve in an 8-10 week course. A special component to this program is that we invite out to our community up to 4 guest artists, creating opportunities for kids to be exposed to various artists and art practices. Kids can expect to work develop their skills as we work on projects that will involve clay, drawing, painting, printmaking, etc. The works of art created over the year will be shown in the Elsie Scherle Art Gallery for the month of April.
