The Audit and Finance Committee is made up of members of the Board of Directors. It advises and makes recommendations on planning, performance and reporting matters of the executive director relating to the Arts Board’s financial activity and well-being. It also makes recommendations and delivers reports to the Board of Directors and serves as the board’s audit committee.
The Audit and Finance Committee consists of:
