2012 Lieutenant Governor’s Arts Awards Recipients
On Tuesday, September 18, 2012, Victor Cicansky was awarded the 2012 Lieutenant Governor's Arts Award for Lifetime Achievement. Other recipients were: Karrnnel Sawitsky (30 Below), Sarah Abbott (Arts and Learning), Regina Musical Club (Leadership), and Anita Rocamora (Saskatchewan Artist).
